2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
• We ship from our global fulfillment partners' warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery. All shipments are tracked.

• EU orders are charged standard shipping rates at checkout.

• Most customers can track their order within 2-4 days of purchase.
5. International Shipping & Customs (European Union)
For deliveries to the European Union:
• Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• As of 2026, new EU customs rules apply to packages arriving from outside the Union. You may be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
• ReliefTech is not responsible for these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

• Selected EU countries (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria, and others - your country will be confirmed at checkout)
• If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering.
7. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your order is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please contact our support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
• We will work directly with the carrier to locate your package and offer a replacement or full refund.
