Return Conditions
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
• Deadline: 30 days from receipt.
• The return costs are your responsibility (except defective product or error on our part).
Return Procedure
1. Contact us by email at support@relieftech.online with your order number.
2. We will send you a return label (if applicable).
3. Once received and verified, we proceed with the refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds
• Full refund of the price of the product (excluding initial delivery costs).
• Refund method: on the card used for the purchase.
Exceptions
• Personalized or hygienic products (e.g. eye masks if used) are not refundable unless defective.
